RETURN & REFUND POLICY
If you are unsatisfied with our product, you can inform us by email (friendsofpolarbear@gmail.com) within 7 business days upon receiving our product. You should return the product to us, and be responsible for the shipping fees. We would refund fully for undamaged products in their original packing. The amount will be refunded to the account associated to the mode of payment you choose when placing the order. The processing time of returen and refund will take 7 days.
In case you ask to cancel an order (before the product is shipped), a fee of 10% would be deducted from the total amount of the order due to a cancellation fee of the credit clearing company.
SHIPPING INFO
We are using Hong Kong Post as our standard shipping service. There are E-express and Speedpost services. E-express will take 10-16 business days and Speedpost will take 5-9 business days for delivery. The shipping time is subject to delay due to mail processing, flight availability, the progress of customs clearance, and aviation security check. The delivery speed is for reference only. There is no guarantee as to the delivery time of E-express and Speedpost service items.
